Exchange & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hani Beautea. We take great pride in the quality and presentation of our cosmetic products and customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding exchanges.


1. No Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
Exchanges will only be considered for eligible products as described below.


2. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange only if one of the following applies:

Items must be reported and claimed within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

  2. Provide your order number, name, and contact information;

  3. Include clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item received (this helps us verify and process the exchange quickly);

  4. Keep the original packaging until the exchange process is complete.

You will receive confirmation and next steps by email once your claim is reviewed.


4. Inspection & Approval

All exchange requests undergo a review by our Quality & Support Team.

5. What Happens After Approval

Upon approval:

βœ… We will arrange a replacement of the same product (if available);
βœ… If the original item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative of equal value;
❌ We do NOT issue refunds or store credits.

Please allow 3–7 business days for your exchange to be processed once approved.


6. Shipping of Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed at no additional cost when the issue is verified (damaged/wrong item).

  • The customer is generally responsible for returning the product to us in its original condition, unless otherwise instructed.

We will share all return/exchange shipping details after claim approval.


7. Products Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items cannot be exchanged:

❌ Products reported after the 24‑hour claim window;
❌ Products damaged due to misuse;
❌ Items with tampered hygiene seals (where applicable);
❌ Products purchased from third‑party sellers or marketplaces not authorized by Hani Beautea;
❌ Products that have been used or show signs of wear.
