WATER, PVP, STYRENE/ACRYLATES COPOLYMER, GLYCERIN, TRIETHANOLAMINE, PHENOXYETHANOL, PIGMENTS.
HOW TO USE
  1. Keep your eye open and look straight into the mirror while stamping the wing for the most even placement.
  2. Gently pull the outer corner of your upper eye area to smooth the skin before lining.
  3. Stamp the flick using the wing side.
